High Quality Breeding of Fresh Maize Team
Principal Investigator: Li Gaoke, Research Fellow/ Ph.D.
The primary research interests of the team are to (1) study the genetic basis and molecular mechanism of quality traits in fresh maize; (2) explore the genetic improvement of quality traits and breeding of fresh maize; (3) examine seed safe production, mechanized cultivation, fertilizer and pesticide reduction, and post-harvest processing of high-quality fresh maize varieties.
